Hunan DIKO Intelligence Equipment Co., Ltd. established in 2008.Located in Jiahe County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, China.It is a professional manufacturer engaged in alloy wear-resistant castings, precision forging, research and development and sales service. At present, the company's main products, such as crusher hammer head, screen plate and other alloy wear-resistant castings, have been well received by the majority of well-known enterprises.


The company covers an area of 70 acres and has more than150 employees. We have 2 foundry bases, 2 forging production bases, more than 100 sets of production equipment, and a professional R&D laboratory engaged in new product development and new process research. 15 years of rich experience in the crusher hammer head casting industry, 15 years of experience in the forging industry. DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

2010
In 2010, the company was established, mainly producing ordinary cast iron parts and forged parts
2012
In 2012, we built a new forging factory, engaged in precision forging and machining of hydraulic flanges.
2014
In 2014, the company passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and has the right to export, products can be directly exported to Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other countries.
2015
In 2015, we were awarded as "National High-tech Enterprise", Tesla complex door hinges were developed successfully, and the annual breakthrough capacity of casting reached 5000 tons.
2017
In 2017, the production was expanded and Shaoguan factory was prepared, mainly producing large forgings over 30kg, and the annual capacity of forgings exceeded 2 million pieces.
2019
In 2019, we will be awarded as "Small Giant Enterprise of Science and Technology" and "Top Ten Star Enterprise of Chenzhou City", and we will successfully develop key parts for GM gearboxes.
2020
In 2020, the new forging and casting plant in Jiahe covering an area of 50 mu will be approved to develop aluminum alloy shaped high difficulty forgings; BYD motor shaft will be successfully developed and mass produced.
2022
In 2022, the second phase of the forging plant was put into operation, and the annual production capacity exceeded 3 million pieces.
2023
IATF16949 certification for automotive industry in 2023
